Well, folks, we've decided that we're going to start in Waterton Lakes National Park (because it is breathtakingly beautiful) ... and we're not finishing 'til we gt to Sherwood Park (just east of Edmonton).
There will be a little trailering in there, but we've found that trailering isn't always a bad thing. It gets us over busy highways safely. It gets us within reasonable striking distance of a neat destination.
Now: we've not decided on a date yet. We're leaning toward August. Maybe even late August. Possibly ending on the long weekend at the end of August?
Need your thoughts.
Oh! And while I'm at it: My Dear American Paso Fino Riding Friends ... you in? We are going to a couple of awesome places you'd love to see. Try looking these up:
Waterton Lakes National Park.
Cardston Carriage Museum (the largest in the world)
Dry Island Buffalo Jump Provincial Park
You aren't going to want to miss these places! _________________ Anybody who goes to bed on the same day they got up is a quitter. |
